Data Deletion Instructions.

If you've used DJR Foods' wholesale portal, or connected a social/advertising account to our admin via OAuth (Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, and others), you can request deletion of any data we hold about you at any time.

1. Overview

DJR Foods respects your right to request deletion of personal data we hold about you. This page describes how to submit that request and what data we will remove. It also satisfies the data deletion requirements of every developer platform we integrate with, including Meta’s Platform Terms (Facebook Login + Pages API + Marketing API), the TikTok Developer Terms of Service (Login Kit + Marketing API), the Google API Services User Data Policy (Google Ads + Google Business Profile + YouTube + Gmail OAuth), and the developer policies of LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, and Mastodon.

2. How to request deletion

To request deletion of your data, send an email from the address associated with your account to info@drprepperusa.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include:

  • The email address of your DJR Foods account (if applicable)
  • The connected platform(s) and the account handle/ID on that platform — e.g. Facebook Page: DJR Foods, TikTok: @djrfoods, Google Ads Customer ID: 886-683-3576
  • Your full name as it appears on the account

We will respond within 5 business days confirming receipt and within 30 days completing the deletion (or explaining why a portion of data must be retained for legal reasons — e.g., invoice records required by tax law).

3. What gets deleted

On a confirmed deletion request we remove:

  • Your customer profile (name, business name, contact details, shipping addresses)
  • Saved wholesale preferences and cart history
  • All OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens we stored (encrypted) for every connected platform
  • All cached metadata from connected platforms — profile data, page/account identifiers, follower counts, etc.
  • All performance metrics we cached locally (post analytics, ad campaign metrics, etc.)
  • Audit logs containing your identifier

We are legally required to retain certain records for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years in the US). These are quarantined from active systems and used only as required by law.

4. Timeline & confirmation

We will email you a confirmation once deletion is complete, including:

  • The date deletion completed
  • What was deleted
  • What (if anything) was retained for legal reasons, with the retention period

5. Meta (Facebook + Instagram + Meta Ads)

If you connected a Facebook Page, Instagram Business Account, or Meta Ads account to DJR Foods via Facebook Login or the Marketing API, the following data is held and will be deleted on request:

  • Your Facebook user ID and the IDs of every Page / Instagram Business Account / Ads account you connected
  • Page Access Tokens, User Access Tokens, and System User Tokens (all encrypted at rest)
  • Cached metadata (Page display names, categories, fan counts, ad-account names, currencies)
  • Locally cached post analytics (impressions, reach, likes, comments) for posts we published
  • Locally cached ad campaign performance metrics
  • Records of posts you scheduled or published through our admin (the live posts on Meta's platforms are NOT deleted unless you explicitly request that — those are your content, owned by you)

You can also revoke our app’s access immediately from facebook.com/settings?tab=applications — that ends our access, but does not delete records we already stored. Email us to complete the deletion.

6. TikTok (Login + Marketing API)

If you connected a TikTok user account (via Login Kit) or a TikTok advertiser account (via the Marketing API), the following data is held and will be deleted on request:

  • Your TikTok open_id, union_id, and advertiser_id
  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens (encrypted at rest)
  • Cached profile data (display name, avatar URL, follower/following counts)
  • Cached video list and per-video performance metrics for content we scheduled or analyzed
  • Cached ad campaign data and aggregated performance metrics

You can also revoke our app’s access immediately from your TikTok account settings → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions.

7. Google (Ads + Google Business Profile + YouTube + Gmail OAuth)

If you connected a Google Ads, Google Business Profile, YouTube, or Gmail account to DJR Foods via Google OAuth, the following data is held and will be deleted on request:

  • Your Google account email and account identifier
  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens (encrypted at rest)
  • For Google Ads: customer ID, campaign list, ad group list, ad list, keyword list, cached performance metrics, and recommendations
  • For Google Business Profile: location IDs, business names, and any cached reviews/posts
  • For YouTube: channel ID, video list, and cached per-video metrics
  • For Gmail OAuth: send-on-behalf configuration only (we never read or store the contents of received emails)

You can also revoke our app’s access immediately from myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon

For each of these platforms, if you connected an account via OAuth, the following is held and will be deleted on request:

  • Platform-specific account identifier (e.g. LinkedIn URN, X user ID, Pinterest username)
  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens (encrypted at rest)
  • Cached profile metadata (display name, avatar URL, follower counts)
  • Locally cached engagement metrics for posts we published

You can also revoke our app’s access immediately from each platform's connected-apps settings page.
